We are looking for exceptional people to complete our small friendly team. Our chalet hosts will need to be able to run a chalet for up to 10 people or for larger chalets take the cooking role.
Main Responsibilities:
– Cook the Snow Retreat menu (provided), serving beautifully presented, appetizing breakfasts, afternoon tea cake and three course evening meals in a customer facing kitchen.
– Take pride in making the chalet “a home from home” and keeping it spotlessly clean and tidy.
– Change over the chalet in between guests and welcoming new guests providing them with the information they need.
Experience / Skills required:
– Conversational English
– Professional experience in catering / cooking or a real passion for cooking with confidence for cooking for 10 or more people.
– High standard food hygiene.
– Possesses an eye for detail especially for the presentation and cleaning of the chalets.
– Basic use of Google sheets (similar to excel spread sheets) for stock take purposes.
– Have a sunny disposition and enjoys making the guest experience the best possible.
Package:
For the coming season we are only employing EU passport holders.
– French CDD contract
– 2 full days off per week
